The location was great.

Parking was a problem on the weekends. Elevators were really slow..

The hotel was very nice and the staff very friendly. The parking is free but shares a lot with The Galleria. On the weekend we had a hard time finding parking. We stayed on the 17th floor and on Sunday morning waited close to 5 minutes for 1 of 4 elevators. I got the impression 3 of the 4 elevators were turned off. ...read more

The location to the Galleria was perfect. Great restaurants and shopping. The gym was a great addition and the staff was helpful.

The linens (sheets and towels) were rough. The tv in my room didn't work either.

I had to wait 15 minutes to get an elevator from the garage to the lobby.
